• Project Manager - Marketing and IT - "Mobile" Customer Loyalty Programs at Micropole-Univers

  August 2008 - August 2009

  Worked for Micropole Univers, an I.T. services company. I was located in Orange (France Telecom) Bagneux inside the "Mobile and Prepaid" customers Relationship division. As project manager, i identified, synthesized, analysed the "Business needs" expressed by Marketing & Sales in order to think, build and run a "customer relationship and loyalty program". I led technical and functional studies, collaborated with people responsibles for 15 to 20 IT applications and programs. I managed the costs and quality objectives, supervised the project roadmap, monitored the KPIs. I identified third parties in charge of the technical solutions implementation. Project was submitted for Management and investment approval for a total amount of 1.5 million EUR.

• "Win Loss Intelligence & Win Replication" Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent

  December 2007 - July 2008

  As Project Manager of the "Win Loss Intelligence & Win Replication" project within the "Global Sales Operations and Business Management", i was in charge of qualitative analysis of the Opportunity and Sales Lifecycle management. Business intelligence : identification and analysis of key won projects (technologies, customers, geographical areas), identification and learning about the best practices and field and business feedbacks. Knowledge Management : I performed interviews and managed meetings within a task force composed by key account managers, Marketing, Finances and Controlling, Sales and Order. I collaborated with US Primary Intelligence for Win/Loss Intelligence Reports Project Management :I built and implemented a management process based on "collaboration and 2.0 social media communication, collaboration with BlueKiwi Social Enterprise network. Customer Relationship Management : I perfomed a business CRM solutions benchmark.(Salesforces, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP etc.)

• Customer Referential Data Manager - Market and Business Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent

  November 2004 - April 2007

  Responsible for the data management and data quality of the Alcatel customer Referential. Corporate and Worldwide scope and responsibilties within the Sales & Marketing for Europe and South Group (former 70% of Alcatel worldwide turnover) Market analyst : customer segmentation analysis (sales, orders, forecasts, budgets etc.), centralising informations and datas, handling of a 40 "sales & marketing" colleagues resposnsibles for their markets, segments and/or customers, supporting database users. Customer and business analyst : following Top 1000 customers activity (80 % of worldwide turnover), performing reporting and dashboards at monthly, quaterly and yearly basis for sales/orders monitoring. Handling and updating the worldwide customer hierarchy for reporting purposes. Working and improving the customer database and merge with Lucent technologies and US teams and Accenture consultants. Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) approval of the Customer database management process by Deloitte.

• "Crisis" Analyst and reporter - Trainee at Prefecture de Region Haute Normandie

  Within the SIRACED PC - Service Interministeriel Regional des Affaires Civiles et Economiques de Defense et de la Protection Civile (economic defense and civil safety and security) I was in charge of the writing of the "Plan Particulier d'Intervention" of the Elbeuf area. This document is a complex tool used by the Prefet and his team to protect population under chemical and industrial risks (Seveso like). The document is used to coordinate and manage civil forces in order to take relevant and efficient countermeasures in case of crisis. I had t analyse the former document related to this area and to others,i had to understand the related laws and then i had to identifiy and work with the main "risky" companies located in the area. In collaboration with mapping and economics departments, plus local and police authorities, i had to redact the process to be urgently implemented in order to protect people and goods. The document was submitted to the Prefet and accepted. Analyst and reporter of a "black out" simulation, during one day, working with relevant public authorities and companies in order to take decision to manage the huge lack of electricity. The analysis and report were submitted to the Home Secretary, accepted and granted.

• Commercial Development - Trainee at Grupo Mirsa construcciones S.A. de C.V.

  Witin Grupo Mirsa Construcciones and directly under the General Manager responsibility, i had to promote the image and business of the company. The main project was to work on a market and financial study abourt the building of an underground parking located in the center of Guatemala City. The main customer was "Bancafe". In order to perform this study, i worked and met the different stakeholders located in Mexico and Guatemala. The different meetings and talks were about technical, fincancial, commercial and "marketing" issues. The amount of the project was estimated to 3 Million $ in 2003. I also worked with a French company to answer to two public tenders. I also worked on the web site translation.

  I am responsible for the development of both "clusters" : "Traditionnal, Innovative and Smart Textiles" and " Image - New Media - Information & Communication ". I am in charge of customer relations, prospecting for new players of these clusters in Nord-Pas de Calais Region. My mission is to meet business leaders, identifying and making their their strategic information needs understandable for decision making. I write the specifications relating to the implementation and conduction of Business Intelligence reports (Competitive and strategic Intelligence) which are real tools for effective and management decision. I am also responsible for monitoring and conducting watches (competitors, clients, providers, market, technology etc.) and i also manage watches about bidding on public contracts.
