Worked for Micropole Univers, an I.T. services company. I was located in Orange (France Telecom) Bagneux inside the "Mobile and Prepaid" customers Relationship division. As project manager, i identified, synthesized, analysed the "Business needs" expressed by Marketing & Sales in order to think, build and run a "customer relationship and loyalty program". I led technical and functional studies, collaborated with people responsibles for 15 to 20 IT applications and programs. I managed the costs and quality objectives, supervised the project roadmap, monitored the KPIs. I identified third parties in charge of the technical solutions implementation. Project was submitted for Management and investment approval for a total amount of 1.5 million EUR.

Within the SIRACED PC - Service Interministeriel Regional des Affaires Civiles et Economiques de Defense et de la Protection Civile (economic defense and civil safety and security) I was in charge of the writing of the "Plan Particulier d'Intervention" of the Elbeuf area. This document is a complex tool used by the Prefet and his team to protect population under chemical and industrial risks (Seveso like). The document is used to coordinate and manage civil forces in order to take relevant and efficient countermeasures in case of crisis. I had t analyse the former document related to this area and to others,i had to understand the related laws and then i had to identifiy and work with the main "risky" companies located in the area. In collaboration with mapping and economics departments, plus local and police authorities, i had to redact the process to be urgently implemented in order to protect people and goods. The document was submitted to the Prefet and accepted. Analyst and reporter of a "black out" simulation, during one day, working with relevant public authorities and companies in order to take decision to manage the huge lack of electricity. The analysis and report were submitted to the Home Secretary, accepted and granted.

Witin Grupo Mirsa Construcciones and directly under the General Manager responsibility, i had to promote the image and business of the company. The main project was to work on a market and financial study abourt the building of an underground parking located in the center of Guatemala City. The main customer was "Bancafe". In order to perform this study, i worked and met the different stakeholders located in Mexico and Guatemala. The different meetings and talks were about technical, fincancial, commercial and "marketing" issues. The amount of the project was estimated to 3 Million $ in 2003. I also worked with a French company to answer to two public tenders. I also worked on the web site translation.
